Independent academic support

UAE Journal Publishers provides editorial, formatting, research-communication and publication-process support. We are not a journal, university, indexing database or authorised representative of Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, Elsevier or any other third party.

No acceptance or indexing guarantee

Journal acceptance, peer-review outcomes, publication dates and indexing decisions remain entirely under the control of journals, publishers and indexing services. No such outcome is guaranteed.

Author responsibility

The author remains responsible for originality, accuracy, ethics, citations, permissions, data, authorship, disclosures and the final submission of all work.

Scope and quotations

Services, deliverables, prices, revision limits, payment terms and estimated timelines must be confirmed in writing before work begins. A requested deadline is not accepted until expressly confirmed.

Revisions and delivery

Revisions are limited to the agreed scope. New requirements, substantial source changes or work outside the approved brief may require a revised quotation and timeline.

Client materials

Clients confirm that they have the right to share submitted materials and that the content does not violate law, confidentiality duties or third-party rights.

Communication

By submitting an enquiry, you permit us to contact you about that request by email, telephone or website chat. Marketing communication, where used, can be declined.
